4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 14 days.


5. Repeat Infringers

Users or contributors who repeatedly post infringing material may have their access to Global Filmography terminated, at our discretion.
